Don't miss it, Don't miss it!

Opening tomorrow:

The Liberated Quilt: New Work from Through Our Hands

Bilston Craft Gallery, Mount Pleasant, Bilston, West Midlands, WV14 7LU

Annabel and I have worked really hard to bring this exhibition together. With work from 24 of the best international artists working in textiles we think it's going to be a great show.

To celebrate there will be a special opening party at the gallery tomorrow (Saturday 16th May) from 1.30-3pm. Entry is free, there will be refreshments and everyone is welcome. We'd love to see lots of you there. Linda and I are going, Michala Gyetvai and Alicia Merrett will be demonstrating, and we'll also be joined by Bobby Britnell and Linda Barlow (I think). We'll all be happy to answer any questions about the work.

On display you'll see work from:

Bethan Ash, Linda Barlow, Alicia Merrett, Sandra Meech, Sara Impey, Mirjam Pet-Jacobs, Bente Vold Klausen, Linda Kemshall, Annabel Rainbow, Eszter Bornemisza, Jeanne Williamson, Susan Lenz, Laura Kemshall, Olga Prins Lukowski, Sue Benner, Linda Colsh, Jette Clover, Clare Smith, Michala Gyetvai, Els Van Baarle, Deidre Adams, Elizabeth Barton and Dijanne Cevaal.

Please note this is a different exhibition to the one that we will be staging at Festival of Quilts this summer and so will be the only chance to see this particular collection of work together. If you can't make it to the opening event the exhibition runs until 25th July 2015.

If you're able to make it tomorrow, do come and introduce yourself, be great to see you.
